All focused on experience and behavioral. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Left time for me to ask questions. Liked them and the culture seemed good. Require in the office 3 days a week.

Interview
Two phone interviews and a personal interview, no problem. A month later they got back to me with an offer and the on boarding process was slow. I feel like HR could have been doing references and a background check during the interview process to speed things along.
