It was fairly lengthy, too many interviews with different groups, including HR. Phone interviews, in person interviews, group interviews. Interview with department managers, supervisors, Corporate managers. And then also with different Honeywell divisions across the country

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Golden Valley, MN) in Mar 2023
Interview
Interviewed with hiring manager and small team of other managers. Typical first round interview questions. I also had to take a deductive reasoning test and personality assessment. The deductive reasoning test was very challenging due to the 20 minute time limit for answering 18 questions.

Fairly good. From first interview to entire process was well coordinated. I would highly recommend the company to work for. Benefits are good and salary is competitive. If you have an opportunity go for it
