Honeywell have 12 core behaviors and the questions asked in the interview process were specific to the aerospace sector, but shaped around each of the core behaviors, i was invited to the main HAY site, and greeted by the Senior Project Engineering Manager who was fantastic. she is very friendly, and easy to communicate with, she makes you forget how senior she is but that said, she really knows her project engineering

in an organisation which operates a matrix managed structure, how could i get the best out of a team without having direct control over that team?
Sollicitatieprocedure werd gedaan in 3 fasen. Eerst een simpel gesprek met een rectruter, dan een gesprek met de team manager en tenslotte een gesprek met HR. Nooit zeer diepgaand gegaan, vrij makkelijk.
