Long and multiple interviews, felt really dragged out. Total of 7 interviews to not get any offer. I also heard they have a terrible work environment. I will not be applying with them ever again

Interview
Straightforward interview. My primary concern is the HR’s team rigidity in salary negotiation. Offers are made either by a formula favoring time in role rather than value creation or with respect to a predetermined budget. This control may be part of their upcoming spinoff but be prepared for the first offer to be their best and final.

Behavioral questions mostly in the first round. Want to see passion and drive immediately in the interview or they won’t hire you. Second round more technical questions. Want to see that you’ll fit in company culture
