Interview
Interview normally starts with a telephone call screening interview with the direct/hiring manager, followed by an onsite group interview with persons you'll be working with. Each interviewer uses the same set of interviewee questionnaires. Then there may be a separate interview with HR manager where similar questions are asked.

Sollicitatieprocedure werd gedaan in 3 fasen. Eerst een simpel gesprek met een rectruter, dan een gesprek met de team manager en tenslotte een gesprek met HR. Nooit zeer diepgaand gegaan, vrij makkelijk.
