They went straight into their questions and didn't react to any answers so it wasn't conversational at all in my experience. First round was fairly simple. They asked one technical question and the interviewer was kind. I would recommend emphasizing your long term goals and knowiing why you would like to participate in the program

Interview
Great process, interviewers were extremely nice, and they were enthusiastic throughout the entire interview process. Questions were rather basic, mostly about behavioral, previous experiences with work, and projects you worked on.
