Contact via HR, Screening call with HR associate(inspiring), 1-hour call with Marketing Lead(lovely), 1-hour call with HR Lead(confusing, time waste).
It was a 3-stage interview, but I was told it could also be 4. All was remote and not really like deep into competency. Not sure why I had an hour with HR Lead, who had not much idea what to ask and where to go somehow. It felt like there is no real structure to where they wanna go, or she asked million of irrelevant questions, and I felt like doubtful I would want to work there because of this part of the interview. Also, they never came back with the result despite my attempts to contact them. This reflects a lot the culture, I guess, that is behind the screen. Ghosted and no direction is my impression so far. But yeah, knowing HR departments in general, where people don't know the depth, it is fine to observe this dynamic.
