Hooters Bartender interview questions

They hired me on the spot, asked a few questions and then told me to come back tomorrow for orientation and that I would start that week unless I had any other prior commitments.

They just ask you a few questions about yourself to get a feel for your personality. You interview with one manager and if they like you they will invite you back for your orientation and to interview with another manager.
