      General Manager Interview

      1 Feb 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hooters

      Interview

Was long drawn out almost a month of back and forth over salary worth. Then face to face was too short. Not much was asked. Call back for hire within a day. Waited 2weeks then again to start training.

      8 Mar 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Atlanta, GA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hooters (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2015

      Interview

Applies online. Got a call the next day from a recruiter from Hooters HR department and had about a 30 min phone interview, she said that the regional manager would call me within a few days. He called me less than 15 min later and talked to me for awhile on the phone asking me various questions about my past and then scheduled me for a face to face interview. I met him and talked for about 2 hours with him and another GM about my management style and shot the breeze for awhile ad well and they scheduled me for a phone interview with the regional vice president and she asked a bunch of questions and wanted to meet me face since my salary requirements were pretty high. She was awesome! Thought sue was going to be intimidating but she was a genuine person and seemed to love her job. Had one other face to face interview and then got a call the next day with an offer for management.

      General Manager Interview

      31 Oct 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Hartford, CT
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hooters (Hartford, CT) in Oct 2015

      Interview

Had a 45 phone interview, next day for in person. Was never even contacted again to say yay or nay. Very rude in my opinion. I have held thousands of interviews and Even if I choose someone else I still mage the thank you for your time call. Mind you the interview went well and I'm more then qualified for the position.
