I applied for the role of Social Media Strategist at the Hoover Institution at Stanford university. I went through a three step interview process and a task. The first interview was with the hiring manager. Second interview was a zoom panel and third interview was a panel in-person interview. After my third in person interview, I was ghosted by the hiring manager Shana Farley. I hope they improve their communication process in the future.
