Interview
The phone interview was very nice. I felt heard and the questions were not that hard. The questions involved asking about my previous roles and if my core values align with the company’s

Interview
Interview process was 4-5 months long. The follow-up was terrible, and lack of communication is sub-par. The hiring manager interviews the candidate - then the SVP interviews the candidate; Overall terrible experience.

Interview
Such a horrible experience. Retracted the position after verbally offering the job. HR sucks at her job. Don't reply for weeks, got issues with giving a phone call. HR round - Screening (where I especifically told the HR that I need visa sponsorship, on which she said that it won't be a problem) - went well (no talks regarding the pay) 2 weeks of myself emailing HR about the next step. No reply, then after 2 weeks, schedules next round. Hiriing Manager - interview went well. Very good individual. explained things well. Again, 2 weeks of myself emailing HR about the next step. No reply, then after 2 weeks, schedules next round. SVP - Great interview. SVP was amazing. SVP tells me to think about Analytics Manager position and she offers me the job on spot. 2 weeks of back and forth for the salary (finally) with the HR to settle on a pay lower than my current salary and for a manager position. I still said yes for the position and a week later she tells me we can't move ahead due to sponsorship issues. Literally the 1st question I had during the screening process. Such a big heartbreak for a position I really was looking forward to, all because incompetent HR does not know how to do her job. The worst HR in the world. I hope she reads this review and understands what is she doing wrong (everything).
