I applied online. I interviewed at Hope Worldwide (Atlanta, GA) in July 2019
Interview
There were three interview rounds (virtual and in-person) that asked me to problem solve and centered on assessing my fit/skill for the position. Interviews were warm and casual, yet professional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hope Worldwide (Washington, DC) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was great. It was very conversational. Spoke about my interests and how they would best fit with the organization. I was asked what my weaknesses and my strengths were. How I would like to help out and why. I was asked about my fluency in Spanish (I applied for a volunteer position in Latin America). Also my experience in cities since the work I was doing would be in the city. Overall my interview experience was great. I was nervous beforehand but my interviewer put me at ease.
