I applied online. I interviewed at Hopebridge (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2020
Interview
It’s a mostly scenario based interview how would you deal with this, tell us about a time etc. Then they let you get a real life view of what it’s like working with the children by shadowing a therapist for about 15 minutes, and engaging with a child with the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like. You definitely get a sense of what you will be doing and it help determine if this is a right fit for you.
