First step was a phone screening with Human Resources. Second step was to meet with the hiring managers over zoom. The interview with the hiring managers was one asking somewhat technical questions and the other playing bad cop asking borderline questions that could be reported to the Human Rights Commission. I am not actually sure why I was selected to interview at all.
