I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hopper

      Interview

WHAT A JOKE. If you don't know EVERY code from EVERY GDS (sabre) system and cant pull them out of your brain in 30 seconds or less don't even bother applying for this joke of a company/job. If you're a recruiter and you're reading this DO BETTER. THIS "interview" process is what's wrong with today's job market. You get an email saying 'we want you to take this assessment" then you do and they expect people to know things that they can be EASILY trained in, but they cut good candidates because they more than likely don't like investing in their employees or new employees. There is also a chat simulator where you are interacting with a fake customer to help resolve an issue they are having but they only give you 3 responses to choose from. You're not able to type anything into this robot. I found myself sympathizing with the robot and realizing I would have offered her better customer service responses than the options provided to me. Then there's a typing part where you have to type super fast but YOU CAN'T MAKE ANY MISTAKES and if you do you can only backspace to correct them. OH, AND THE BEST PART is that the salary is only 40,000.... The fact that you're barely offering to pay a liveable wage but making the interview process THIS difficult is laughable.

It was ok. Pretty standard interview. Got back to me quickly with the job offer. Had a phone screening, then a digital interview and lastly a final phone interview. Highly recommend

      Interview

Interview process was very easy and quick. It was via live chat on Microsoft Teams , straight and to the point. So easy, it almost seems too good to be true. Can’t wait to see how it goes.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The questions were very general and basic. The most difficult question was probably what your accomplishments have been at previous jobs.

      Interview

There were 3 stages of interviews. 1 over the phone, two in person one after the other, then a final phone call with the offer. Everyone was friendly though the one after the other interviews were a bit intense for the role I was applying for. I do believe they have simplified it since.
