First round I was contacted by Tech Lead and in the interview someone else from a different department(Project manager or somthing!) started interviewing me! Overall issues: - They joined the interview late and did not give enough time to ask questions about the project, teams, and culture. - Job title was Fullstack Mobile while the interviewer mentioned that they expect the candidate to be Fullstack Engineer! - Answers to my questions were pretty abstract. - General basic questions asked by the interviewer and it seems to me that this was just a paperwork process and the candidate was already chosen for the role. - I did not get any feedback on my interview. They send the same casual email to notify the "No" response.
