Interview process was simple and so was the video interview as long as you do your homework here on glassdoor.

After submitting resume within 7 days recieved unvite for Video interview. Once I completed the video interview the Horizon recruiter and I were basically playing phone tag. Recruiter would call from different time zone which was 4 hour difference making it before regular business hours.

Question 1
When was the last time you had a problem with a coworker and how did you handle the situation
Fist is the the initial Application process. Then, you're sent some Audio interview questions about 5 to 6 questions. The last step is the Final Virtual Group Interview where you broken up into groups to ask situational questions related to customer service experience.
It was a good experience and I learned a lot about the company and process. The interview went quickly which surprised me. But overall great experience. I like it was all virtual.
3 stages; virtual video interview, group interview & informational, 2:1 virtual interview. Video interview did not need camera and you can take as much time as you need with 3 tries to record. They got back to me within hours of each interview process
