Horizon has a great vetting process that took about 2 weeks. After receiving a preliminary call from HR and discussing my qualifications, the process was a phone call with a Group Director, followed by an in person interview with 3 reps on the team and an excel test.

Interview
Extremely fast. The entire interview process took one week, from start to finish. There were three stages during the interview process and I spoke with four members of the company. Each individual was pleasant and easy to talk to. There were times when I forgot it was an interview! It felt more like simple conversations about work and each other. I say each other because each interview was very much a two way conversation, not an interrogation. I was very relaxed and pleased with the whole process!

I was asked to talk about my comfort level with excel. Actually the question was more of a statement, "Ok, tell me about your knowledge of excel. Wow me with your excel skills!" I had to laugh.

Interview
1. I applied online.
2. After 2~3 days passed, I had a phone interview with a HR representative
3. Next day, I had a second phone interview with a team member
4. After the second phone interview (1 week passed), I was invited to interview at Horizon Media's NY office and met the 3 team members
5. About 1.5~2 weeks later, I was invited again to meet another team member.
