I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Horizon Media (New York, NY) in June 2019
Interview
I had interned at Horizon the previous summer, so my experience was slightly different. I was contacted by HR about my interest in returning for a full time role, and once I expressed interest there was a phone screen to gauge my specific interests followed by an in person group interview. The phone screen and group interview are standard at Horizon, but most people usually apply online or have an employee refer them to HR.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Horizon Media (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview was easy and casual but felt as though some interviewers were not sure about how the interview process is supposed to go and what the next steps are.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time you had to think on your feet
My interview process was seamless and handled professionally. The HR team was prompt in their responses and was super thorough in communicating each step of the process. This was especially helpful for a recent college graduate - they were extremely approachable and I felt well prepared.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Horizon Media (New York, NY)
Interview
The first interaction with employees and the recruiter were friendly. The interviewer was unfriendly and seemed to have no knowledge of my coming. I was introduced to other employees for the interview who also seemed unaware of my arrival. Basic questions only about their business. Didn't have interest in the person they were interviewing.
