Interview
There was three rounds. The first interview with HR was a little difficult (technical questions), The second and third round was much easier. The second interview was 30 mins long via a zoom call and then the third interview was a in-person interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Horizons ETFs (Toronto, ON) in June 2021

I met with the head of sales and some of the wholesalers in various territories. They wanted to get a sense of who I was and how I can help them build relationships.
