I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Horton's Kids (Washington, DC) in Sept 2019
Interview
Phone Interview. The call started with an overview of the organization, its mission and history (long and recent), and a description of its culture. Many of the questions revolved around soft skills.

Question 1
One question I didn't hear elsewhere else (but a good relevant one anywhere) was about the management of situations where there were strong differences in personality and/or management styles.
Ghosting! It's the worst! Why do employers do this? If I didn't get the job, please just tell me! One, in person interview with one person that didn't have a lot of substance. It was strange and didn't include anything about the job. If it was a screen, it could have been done over the phone. Then, they never followed up one way or another.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Horton's Kids in Jan 2018
Interview
The phone interview was brief. After the phone interview, I was invited to visit the center and observe the students during programming. They asked that I assist with the program so that I could get a feel for the students and how programs operate.
