Pretty simple process. Applied online and received a call from recruiter within a week. Recruiter sets you up with management. One on one interview before job shadowing. Afterwards contacted by the recruiter with job offer and pay.

Most are behavioral based questions which can be difficult to answer for new grad RN's with no healthcare experience. You meet with the director or a supervisor of the unit to do your interview. They hire many new grad RN's, so don't be afraid to apply if your just passed boards.

Pleasent quick and responsive they called me the next day. The interviewer was very nice and conversational. There were two interviews each with different people. One was with the lead of the team I would be on.
