I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hospital for Special Surgery (New York, NY) in July 2016
Interview
There was a phone screen, an interview with HR, and a final panel interview with another candidate. They were very responsive and welcoming during the interview process. Interview with HR were normal nursing interview questions - behavioral/personality questions. The panel interview included critical thinking clinical scenarios and how to escalate issues.

Interview
After applying I had an interview with 2 unit managers in person. They went over my experience and asked pertinent questions about my new role. I was offered the position within 10 days
For the new grad orientation and residency, you will have an interview with HR and then a panel interview. Be sure to prepare questions about why you'd want to work there. I would definitely research the hospital and see if they've gotten any recent designations or awards
