Interview
All positions within programs are panel interviews with that programs current staff. For supervisor positions the interviews are also panel with the program managers. They are supposed to send you the interview questions in advance so you can fill them out before your appointment but sometimes you don't get them until after the interview.

They ask questions relative to situations that can come up in that location. Lot's of emphasis on harm reduction and serving diverse and sometimes challenging local community members.
