I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Host Healthcare (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Super transparent and welcoming. We just fit. The company culture was super evident throughout the interview process. Asked some questions but it was more of a conversation. 3 interviews in total and in each one I felt like my questions were just as important as the ones I was being asked. It was very refreshing and a huge reason why I accepted the job.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Host Healthcare (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Two interviews before the offer. The first was a phone screen, and the final was a Zoom interview with a Director. Both were very friendly and demonstrated the company's culture. Quick, seamless, and efficient experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Host Healthcare in July 2024
Interview
interview process was pretty standard. i had three rounds of interviews. Recruiter, Recruiter manager, and another recruiting manager to see what team you will fit best. the first round was easy and over the phone be sure to be bubbly and talk about sales, cold calling, making connections. the second round focus more on sales and organization. for the third round be personable and when they ask if you have any questions for me ask at least three.
