Initial contact was over the phone than we scheduled a time and date for a 1 on 1 appointment with the C.E.O. which lasted 30-60 minutes. It was very thorough yet was not a high pressure type of interview.

Short. Got asked a lot of random questions. The owner was the only that interviewed. Hired on spot. Thought I was hired for one position but ended up being something completely different which is always frustrating. The owner like to play mind games and tricks, so be careful.

Interview
They interviewed me, asked me if I had ever been employed. Why I would be a good asset to the team, they asked my availability, what my strengths and weaknesses are. The girl who interviewed me shook my hand, told me to check my email so they can do a background check and so I can schedule my drug test. Took my drug test, then I was hired immediately.
