Hotel Emma interview questions

Long. I did my first interview after applying online, and then had to answer an email as if I were replying to a guest. Then 2 months later I was offered the job.

Applied online, met with an HR coordinator. She clearly didn't know anything about her job. I have an MBA in Hospitality Management and years of experience, and was not even considered for a second interview. Ridiculous. But that is a great thing, thanks to that I got hired in a much more serious international company.
