What is a moment when you went above and beyond for someone and why?

Interview
Manager did most of the talking. He wanted to know what shifts I was willing to work. He was big on showing a smiling face even in the midst of chaos. He wanted to know about alcohol knowledge. Those are the only questions I remember well.
