Thanks for sharing feedback on your experience, and we certainly don't like to hear that it wasn't a great one. We made changes to the coding challenge element of the interview process last month, and while the exercise was never meant to take 6+ hours to complete, we've now eliminated most take-home coding challenges to be respectful of candidates' time. We're really proud of the development opportunities that we offer our employees, and love when an HT employee takes on a new challenge by moving into a new role. We also aim to communicate updates to candidates as soon as we have them. But it sounds like our timing wasn't the best in this case, given the work you had already put into the exercise, but we certainly had no intention of wasting your time. I apologize for that, and we'll take that feedback to heart and do better next time.
