Very relaxed interview. Front of house manager asked if I had experience bartending. She explained that the management were all relatively new to that location and that the restaurant was in the process of recruiting new staff.

They call you in, you sit with the FOH or BOH manager and they ask you a few related questions to your role. You may interview with the GM if they are there and not another.

I walked in and had an immediate interview. I sat down with the manager and he basically drilled me on simple questions for twenty minutes, told me he would call me bacl, and an hour later, called to say I had the job.
