I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Housecall Pro (Denver, CO) in Dec 2021
Interview
Great interview with friendly staff. Asked appropriate questions, and made me feel at ease. I was able to have the interview over the phone and the second interview on the same day. This helped stress levels tremendously. The second interview was really determining if you were competent and doing the work. They navigated me through some of the systems to see if I would be able to manage the program. That helped me a lot to know what the job would look like.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Housecall Pro (Miami, FL) in Aug 2021
Interview
I had a phone interview that lasts 20min. Simple questions, like every other interview. I let them know about my experience and proficiency in using the platform with my last employment but still wasn't enough to impress them and continue to the second round of the interview process.
Position was an entry level job with a 2 week training program. I don’t know what these companies are waiting to get from people who apply for this kind of job. No one with a master degree or with a lot of experience is going to do a job that requires dealing with customers
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Housecall Pro in July 2021
Interview
I applied for two positions at this company because I felt I was qualified to take on either position. I received a call from the HR recruiter about the virtual assistant position. It was a basic phone screen and after the salary was revealed I declined to go further. I was rejected days later in email for the other position I applied for.
Almost two months later I get an email from the recruiter asking if I’m still interested in the other job I was rejected for and if I am they would like to set up an interview for it. I replied back that I was still interested and then I never heard back from them again. If the way they treat candidates is any indication of how they treat employees I’m thankful to have dodged this type of environment and I’m kicking myself for even responding. Doors close for a reason.
