Interview
They are not friendly to Ukrainians even though they mark in their vacancies as they are. I was not allowed to undergo the technical interview because I do not speak fluently Polish language. No phone screening was performed and nobody checked my Polish level

- 1h call with 2 eng leaders, touching on topics such as previous experiences, how to deal with conflicts, etc.

Tell me a time you made an innovative solution
Thank you for describing your experience. A short HR intro followed by a deeper conversation with engineering leaders is designed to give candidates an honest look at how we work. Hearing that the overall experience still felt negative matters to us, and we will look closely at where the process fell short.

Interview
Phone screen with a technical recruiter (30 minutes) - It's a casual chat about your professional experience and motivation to join Housecall Pro. It will be conducted in English.
Culture Interview (60 minutes) - The Interview with the Polish team to check if we match each other as human beings :) We will talk about your teamwork experiences and expectations from the new employer. It will be mostly conducted in Polish.
Technical Interview (75 - 100 minutes)- The meeting with future colleagues to check your technical skills. It will be conducted in Polish.
Final Interview (30 minutes) - This interview with your future manager will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the engineering department and your future role within it. Depending on your manager, it will be conducted in Polish or English.

Me hicieron tres entrevistas el mismo día. Fue algo cansado por el tiempo, pero me gustó ese formato, ya que creo que por eso tuve una respuesta más rápida. Todos fueron muy amables y abiertos a resolver mis preguntas.
