I called coding supervisor, they scheduled an interview. When I got there, I had to wait approx 30 minutes-no place to sit. They were redoing the carpet while I was waiting so all furniture except the receptionist desk and chair were removed. I was called back to the "main" office which turned out to be a conference room with several desks. Talked to 2 supervisors in jeans and t shirts. One of them had her back to me the whole time and that's the way she interviewed me. It's hard to talk to someone's back. Asked what I was making at my current job-told them $20/hr. She shrugged and said not even their top coder makes that. I excused myself and left. It might be a relaxing atmosphere to work in but I just felt that the supervisor should at least act and look a little more professional.
