I applied on 12/02 I was offered a online video interview. The interviewers had technical issues and could not log in with a video. So it was only voice. I did have video. So it made for an awkward interview. So it's safe to say I completely messed it up. I had trouble concentrating.
Panel interview for med surg unit could take between 15 minutes to 40 minutes. They asked the basic interview questions: tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, strengths/ weaknesses, how would you deal with a difficult patient, how would you deal with conflict in the workplace.

Interview
The interview process at Houston Methodist was quick and straightforward. I interviewed with the nurse manager for one of the med-surg units, and the conversation lasted about 10 minutes. I was asked about my previous experience and why I wanted to work for Houston Methodist. About a week later, I received an email and a call for a job offer. It is important to be familiar with the ICARE values.
