This question seems very surface level but I believe it is a way for them to assess how you offer feedback. I mentioned that the GTKY form was very unique (offer praise). I also told them about the difficulties I had during the process as well. I think the "right answer" is to offer solutions if you're being critical. In addition, when offering praise explain the reason(s) why you feel that way.
