This question showed up that they are more focusing on team fit over the competence. The experiences themself are not bad, but there is a lack of comptence in the whole company. People who "direct" marketing are not aware of difference between GMV, Revenue and Profit. Seriously. It's a company where competence is not even in the list of evaluation.
