I use a CRM and Outlook to organize tasks and make sure they are completed. I prioritize my list at the end of each day in order to prepare for the next day. (For some reason, Holly wasn't intellectually equipped to determine that this is a good way to manage time). Go figure. I think she is racist and just wanted to find something wrong with me. They were very interested until they met me in person.
