Interview with product was a new thing for me, and absolutely something every company should do. It gives a very strong signal that OpenSea is heavily collaborative, and the interview process is actively selecting for engineers that enjoy working with PM directly. That kind of culture ultimately increases velocity in my experience. It was also a great opportunity to "interview" OpenSea myself by getting about half of the time to freely just talk to a product manager.
