You tell them how much you would like to make but say you’re open to whatever they will offer and then they say they would rather just hire people that don’t have experience off the street and pay only 15 an hour. Do not demote yourself If you have experience and you know what you’re talking about it’s better to be confident within yourself and go somewhere where they will they will appreciate you and know that their patients will be safer because of you.
