I no longer work there. In the position I was in, I could not negotiate pay. Once they called to officially offer the position, they let me know at that point what the starting salary would be over the phone.

how are you liking it so far? I have a phone interview Thursday.....and can you negotiate pay or do they let u know the amount over the phone or in person?

I came from a high demanding mortgage banking manager position so their version of stress compared to mine differed tremendously.
