First was a screening (took about 10 minutes), after which you have to complete a computer skills test on your own time. Two weeks later (it was rescheduled twice on their part) was a 20 minute interview. What really caught me off guard was the interviewer saying that half the job is HR stuff - this wasn't mentioned in the job posting or during the initial screening (I specifically asked what the main responsibilities of the job were then and HR work was never brought up).

Easy and informative. I appreciate the time to discuss matters with me. The person who spoke with me was so nice and easy to talk to. They seem like they really care.
