I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Howard Hanna (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Interviewer was late. Asked a lot of culture for questions, and spoke a bit about why other candidates weren't being passed on to the hiring manager versus why I was. Gave some perspectives about "yes, I see your current job sounds just like our listing, sounds like you'd be a great fit," all of which struck me as a bit strange to hear from a recruiter. Overall, though, process was easy, if not a bit more laid back than I'm used to.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Howard Hanna
Interview
Wasn’t asked many questions outside of if I had sales experience. Was given lots of verbal and written info and told to take my time making a decision. Very friendly, relaxed and helpful. Not pushy and overbearing like other sales interviews.
Interview was very open, friendly, and knowledgable, company has a lot to offer and show consistent care for its Realtors. They will make you feel welcomed and accepted. I recommend
