Applied online. The position was also reposted several times. ~2 months later, I was invited to phone screen with the recruiter and was told to follow up next week. I was scheduled the following week for a video interview with the head of the team. Was told to follow up next week to schedule last interview with who this person would be supporting. This would now be going on week 4 of interviewing. Since I was interviewing with other companies that I felt were more considerate, I contacted the recruiter and graciously withdrew from the position. He replied thanking me for following up and that I had not been selected.
