Interview
Called for an interview for what started as a receptionist position; turned into administrative assistant position. Flawless interview; was provided details for second interview and then ended up having second interview at that tome
There were 2 interviews. They were both fairly low pressure and overall positive experiences. Questions like "Walk me through your resume" or STAR method questions were used. The second interview was more conversational based with the President and involved more questions based around character, background and values. It felt like a good space to be in.
