Hownd interview questions

The interview process consisted of 1 phone interview and 2 video-conference interviews. Everyone I spoke with was very kind, genuine, and enthusiastic about the company. It was one of the more enjoyable interview processes I have been through, as it felt more like they wanted to get to know me as a person rather than discussing all the points on my resume. Of course we went over my experience in relation to the role, but that did not account for the bulk of the interview (as it has in most other interviews I have had). I also appreciated their expressed interest in other aspects of the company (outside the role I was applying for) that I could see myself growing in—it is rare for a potential employer to ask or care. Hats off to them for actually demonstrating their values in their interactions.
