The interview process was efficient and enjoyable. The phone screening enabled me to speak with my future supervisor from my home, making the initial meeting a bit less intimidating. I was asked questions about myself and about areas of knowledge that directly pertained to the position; there were no trick questions. I really enjoyed the conversation, and all of my questions about the company were answered thoroughly.
The second interview, conducted at the office, took place soon after; there was no lengthy wait period. Meeting my supervisor and coworkers in person was really valuable because I was able to get a feel for the office culture before I began a career there. I was introduced to more complex information regarding the position. We moved forward from discussing the basic job description to reviewing benefits information and everyday tasks that I could expect to fulfill. All of the employees that I met that day were extremely kind and helpful.
Throughout the interview process, I gained a better sense of what Hoyle, Tanner is all about: respect for the employees, dedication to the clients, and a genuine passion for producing quality services.
