I was first called via phone and asked what I do and what I can suggest to do better in a specific scenario. When the interviewer was satisfied, he told me that they will schedule an in-person interview.
In person interview was almost the same as the phone interview, but this time a panel. However, the other guys inside the room were busy so I was just talking to one interviewer. I guess the difficulty depends on your familiarity with their products and if you have been performing the tasks that is in line with the job description.
