I was called up by the hiring manager without being scheduled. Skipped the HR process and was told the next day orally that I got the offer. However, waiting time for the final call from the VP is almost a month although the hiring manager said he was pushing.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies in July 2024

Submit CV online, then on-site assessment centre with IQ test, group presentation and face to face with the hiring manager.
Many of the applicants have Chinese backgrounds with fluency in mandarin. Not sure if it helps but it might.
