The interview has 4 rounds, basically asking the academic projects and performance, also about the working culture. The interview run smoothly and mainly uses mandarin for communication. Be prepared about the projects and experience during bachelor degree study and share some outstanding performance.

Interviewed by two senior engineers, it took around an hour. The overall mood was serious and they looked neutral when i was answering. He asked me about flexibility as a woman in this field.
