There was also a practical assessment or case study. The final round involved a discussion with senior engineers or managers, covering problem-solving skills and past experience.

One key question they asked was: “How would you troubleshoot a network outage affecting multiple sites?” They wanted to assess my problem-solving approach, knowledge of network protocols, and ability to work under pressure.

they have three phases of interview. the first is the initial with hr which is followed by the technical with their engineers then one final interview with the head of their department.
